Prep Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
  2. In a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. NOTE: You may need more water or milk to get a proper pancake consistency.

Baking Instructions

  1. Preheat griddle or frying pan over medium low heat.
  2. Grease pan or griddle if necessary with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.
  4. Cook until bubbles hold on edges, then flip.
  5. Cook until 2nd side is browned, abt 15-30 seconds.

Serving suggestions

  1. Enjoy plain or topped with your favorite syrup, whipped cream or other pancake toppings.
  2. Refrigerate or freeze leftovers in well sealed container.
